Web-Accounting provides companies with an outsourced back office that consists of experienced and dedicated accounting and finance professionals. We devise web-based accounting solutions so our TSP solution not only provides the data processing functions, but also provides strong back office financial management. Additionally, we provide accurate reporting and integration services to optimize your processes and information reporting.
Our TSP solution allows for clients to utilize our financial management and data entry staff to process all, or a portion of, your business processes. For instance, some clients prefer to maintain a portion of their processing in-house, utilizing our web-enabled software. Our BPO services are flexible and allow for various scenarios in business processing while keeping in mind what's most efficient for your business enterprise. Some of the accounting programs we utilize and our familiar with include MAS 90/200™, QuickBooks™, Netsuite™, Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains™, Peachtree™, BusinessWorks™, Intacct™ and others.
Our staff is made up of accountants, bookkeepers and data entry clerks. Many of our accountants have CPA licenses and have advanced financial reporting skills. Our outsourcing personnel have been trained in the use of various web-enabled accounting applications to provide clients with a vast array of experience in data processing, technical accounting expertise, financial reporting, and controllership skills. While Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services are generally performed at our headquarters in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, we can also deploy our staff members at your location to provide BPO services when the level of service requires onsite personnel. We are always available for on and off-site meetings and tele-conferences.
